In addition to the intercollegiate sport and student-run social sports, the College provides some more formal sporting opportunities with the dual aim of helping serious athletes achieve their goals and improving the general well-being and health of College students.

Elite Athlete Mentoring Program

The Elite Athlete Mentoring Program helps competitive athletes achieve their goals and balance their sporting and other commitments using a range of strategies. The mentors who contribute to this program range from former professional athletes to senior students.

Fitness Classes

The College runs sessions to help amateur and serious athletes remain active and make the most of the College’s fitness equipment. Some classes are run online.
